J odi received a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. While attending law school, Jodi interned for the Honorable Kenneth W. Rudolph in Westchester County Supreme Court and at the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office in Yonkers under Bureau Chief Nicholas Maselli. She also served as an Articles Editor for the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights and was published.

Jodi began her legal career working at a small general practice firm in Bronx, New York where she represented clients on a variety of issues involving matrimonial, family, custody, child support, real estate, criminal, and vehicle and traffic issues. In April 2012, Jodi partnered with John Lettera. The firm now has offices in White Plains, New York. Jodi is the head of the matrimonial and family law division, focusing on contested and uncontested divorce, negotiating prenuptial and separation agreements, child support, and child custody proceedings. She is a certified New York State divorce and family mediator and is trained in the collaborative law process.

Jodi also concentrates in all aspects of residential and commercial transactional real estate law including: sales and acquisitions; short sales and foreclosures; residential and commercial leasing; and company structuring to affect the foregoing. She represents individual sellers, purchasers, and borrowers; corporations and LLC’s; commercial and private lenders; as well as developers, condominium sponsors, and Home Owners Associations.

Jodi zealously advocates on behalf of her wide range of clients. Jodi provides considerate and comprehensive representation to every client while striving for amicable and fair resolutions of all matters. While she is empathetic and patient, should negotiations fail to produce a equitable result, she is prepared to litigate vigorously to protect the interests of her clients.

Jodi is a member of the American Bar Association, Westchester Women’s Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers Association, Westchester County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association.
